Dhriti Apartments is a 17-floor residential building. The lower four floors have access, utilities, car parks, and offices. Above them, nine floors house various sizes of apartments. The last four floors house two typologies of premium apartments. The ventilated clay tiles and the sea view are the two main design factors.
